ELMIRA, ONTARIO - International Teams of Canada has adopted a Program in Kenya, to be known as "Impact Kenya-Nyahururu". This program, led by Wachira Ngamau and his organization "PACE Kenya", has a history of support from Harbour Fellowship Church in St. Catherine's, Ontario. Harbour Fellowship and International Teams are joining forces, to engage other Canadian churches and individuals to support this work in Kenya through long-term partnership, along with short-term teams and internships.
International Teams' partnership focus with PACE Kenya will include a Christian Academy, which welcomes orphans and street children, together with neighbourhood children. International Teams will also participate in a High School construction project, a community borehole project, a pastoral housing project and a school of theology.
